Services purchased through the Website are pre-paid sessions that must be scheduled and redeemed at our clinic with an approved practitioner.

It does not create a doctor–patient relationship and should not be relied upon as a diagnosis or individualized treatment plan.
Professional Advice Controls. Any advice, assessment, diagnosis, prescription, or treatment plan provided by our licensed Doctor during your in-person or telehealth consultation constitutes professional medical advice and will always prevail over any general information on the Website.
Clinical Suitability. All Services are subject to a clinician’s evaluation of your medical history, current condition, medications, allergies, and contraindications. We may decline, defer, or modify a Service if it is not clinically appropriate. Where applicable, your payment may be credited to another eligible Service pursuant to our Cancellation & Credit Policy.
No Emergency Care. Our Services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
4. Eligibility
To purchase or use our Services, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age;
Provide accurate and complete personal and health information during your appointment or online booking process;
Not use our Website or Services for any unlawful purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to anyone who provides false or misleading information or does not comply with these Terms.
5. How to Use Our Services
Our service flow is as follows:
Medical Consultation – The client must first schedule an appointment with our doctor. During this session, the professional will assess your condition and recommend suitable treatments or products.
Independent Purchase – After receiving guidance, the client may return to the Website at their convenience to purchase the recommended services by adding them to the cart and completing checkout.
Redemption Period – Once purchased, the client has 7 to 14 calendar days (as specified per service) to book and receive the treatment.
Non-Refundable Purchase – Purchases are not refundable.
A client may cancel within 24 hours after purchase, but no monetary refund will be issued.
If a client does not redeem the service within the eligibility period, the payment may be credited toward another available service of similar value, subject to approval, but no cash refund will be provided.
By purchasing through the Website, you acknowledge that these services involve time, material preparation, and medical staff scheduling, and therefore cannot be refunded once purchased.
6. Medical Assessment and Responsibility
All treatments are subject to medical evaluation and suitability.
Our practitioners reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment if deemed inappropriate for your health or safety.
You agree to provide complete and accurate medical information during consultations. Failure to disclose relevant health conditions may result in treatment refusal and forfeiture of any payments made.
7. Online Purchases and Payments
All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering via the Website’s checkout system.
We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout.
If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a credit or refund accordingly.
All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store credit card details.
8. Appointment Scheduling and Attendance
Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system or by contacting us directly.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled at our discretion.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will be treated as a no-show and the service will be marked as redeemed.
9. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations: You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase, but payments are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled within the validity period of your purchase (7 to 14 days).
Credits: Unused services may be credited to another eligible treatment but cannot be converted into cash or refunded.

The Healing Center provides wellness and aesthetic treatments that complement, but do not replace, medical advice or care from your primary physician.
Results vary from person to person. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.
